Chief Operating Officer for Xait's Professional Service Department

Xait is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our global Professional Services Department and drive seamless transitions for our clients from the sales phase to operational implementation.

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for client onboarding and implementation, training, support and project management. You will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration with our technical and commercial teams in order to ensure our clients achieve success with Xait!

Daily tasks and responsibilities include:

• Actively participate in anchoring our values throughout the organization: Trustworthy, Efficient, Xaiting and a Thought leader.
• Lead global Professional Services teams in Norway, France, UK and US.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Professional Services team.
• Manage third-party service partners.
• Set priorities, manage resources and track performance KPIs.
• Manage procedures, policies and standards for client onboarding, training, and support.
• Manage project planning, pricing, and finances for the Professional Services.
• Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the commercial team.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Professional Services, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong project management and resource management skills with a focus on client success.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
