Summary

Nofitech is experiencing a strong growth and has significant growth plans for the next few years, supported by a significant order backlog and financially strong owners. We are a leader in land-based RAS facilities for fish production, and our technology is preferred by the market's largest fish farmers. We have taken a central position in contributing to sustainable and efficient food production. To further strengthen the company, we are searching for the Head of After Sales for a newly established role.

Key responsibilities

The Head of After Sales role will be responsible for scaling up and leading our after-sales team, as well as leading the planning, development, and implementation of policies and programs to strengthen the after sales business and to optimize customer satisfaction.

The HOA will also participate in initiatives with customers and third parties, including participating in commercial projects on behalf of the employer. The HOA will help secure after sales contracts as well as establish partnerships with relevant business units in the market. Effective interactions with the management team will be crucial, as will the ability to represent the company effectively to potential customers and other stakeholders impacting the company's success.

Furthermore:

  • Perform and follow up annual employment reviews, establish individual development plans and establish succession plans for employees in the after sales department.
  • Responsible for after sales and implementation, evaluation and closing warranty matters, lead and coordinate after sales of smaller projects and components.
  • Responsible for procurement of goods and services related to the after sales projects.
  • Responsibility for HSE and quality assurance in after sales projects.
  • Responsible for systematic project documentation in the current field maintenance system, and other current project systems.
  • Responsible for tenders.
  • Responsible for budget and results of the projects.
  • Responsible for product development.
  • Good communication and cooperation with customers and suppliers.


Experience, characteristics and qualifications

  • Higher education.
  • Solid experience from a similar role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong motivation to build and create results together with others.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding.
  • Written and oral fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement.
