Job Summary
The Conduit, a prominent social impact and sustainability-focused organization, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Head of Corporate Partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing corporate partnerships to develop and execute impactful and innovative programs and initiatives that address economic, social, and environmental challenges. This position may require international travel and offers the opportunity to work with partners across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy that identifies and engages key partners across various sectors, with a focus on creating innovative and scalable social impact and sustainability initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, while proactively identifying and engaging new potential partners that align with The Conduit's mission and values.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end partnership process, including partner identification, due diligence, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including programming, membership, communications, and operations, to ensure successful partnership execution and integration.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for The Conduit's mission and values, representing the organization at conferences, events, and other public forums.
- Track and analyse partnership performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership and recommending adjustments to the partnership strategy as needed.
- Develop and manage the Corporate Partnerships budget, ensuring financial sustainability and alignment with The Conduit's overall budget.
- Plan and undertake international travel to build and maintain relationships with global partners, attend relevant events, and assess partnership opportunities.
Skills & Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, strategic alliances, or a similar field, with a proven track record of success in social impact and sustainability-focused organizations.
- A strong network of contacts and relationships in the Norwegian social impact and sustainability sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- A deep understanding of and passion for social impact and sustainability issues.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by the role.
