CEO, Umoe Mandal

Umoe Mandal is currently seeking a CEO to lead the transformation of the company into a modern technology and industrial company with a focus on serving the complex needs of the military industry while strategically expanding into selected civil applications.

The ideal candidate is an established leader with a proven track record of delivering commercial success by assembling and empowering a high-performing, motivated, and quality-centric team.

The new CEO should possess extensive experience in long-term customer development, technical proficiency, and the ability to inspire and energize their environment.

Responsibilities and Mandate:

• Cultivate a proactive, commercially-driven, and accountable organizational culture.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to ensure the company's long-term success within the military sector, including fostering essential partnerships.

• Enhance technical capabilities and project execution efficiency to maintain competitiveness.

• Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the civil market.

Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility at the CXO level within the industry, with a strong emphasis on quality and delivery.

• Advanced education at the master's level in a relevant field.

• Technical background and expertise.

• Proven experience in managing complex project sales processes.

• Proficiency in project management.

• Previous involvement with or exposure to the defense industry, or a substantial military background, is advantageous.

Language:

Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal, is required.
