Main responsibilities

·        Contribute to the company strategic plan including defining goals and objectives related to organization and employee engagement.

·        Responsibility for implementation and monitoring of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the quality management system and applicable laws and regulation including HSE (Health, Safety and Environment).

·        Support CEO and department leaders with organizational and HR related items.

·        Maximize employee engagement and satisfaction.

·        Develop and implement Talent Retention programs.

·        Responsibility for recruitment processes including offboarding and training.

·        Supporting organization with coaching and mentoring.

·        Maintenance and organization of general HR related topics on all levels.

·        Maintenance of HSE according to requirements which naturally falls into HR area.

You have

·        Minimum Bachelor in HR/Administration/Economics/Organization and leadership or other relevant subjects from university.

·        Experience within HR Management and people engagement related roles in Norway and/or other countries (Seniority in HR)

·        Skills within IT-tools, especially Microsoft Office programs

·        Skills within laws and regulation related to HR in Norway and international HR experience.

·        Experience with change and crisis management

·        Excellence verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English

·        Proactive, team oriented and well-organized working style

Opportunities

You will have the opportunity to build up efficient processes and routines for HR, based on a strategic plan and with focus on people engagement development.

The position will require some travelling due to scope of responsibility.
