Shape the future of Insurance Tech as our Test Manager

Instech Solutions has been at the forefront of marine insurance technology development for nearly 30 years. Now, we’re embarking on our most ambitious voyage yet: building a new core system from the ground up! To navigate these exciting waters, we are searching for a Test Manager who’s not just skilled but also eager to explore uncharted territories.

We believe the right candidate has at least five years’ experience as a test manager within software development, as well as experience with testing activities for products that use agile software development methodologies.

As our Test Manager, you’ll be guiding our product teams in their implementation of the test strategy and building quality awareness in the organisation. You’ll do this through:

• Quality leadership: managing our testing efforts by developing, maintaining and implementing the test strategy, making sure that it aligns with our product goals and quality level;
• Team collaboration: working closely with architects, UX designers, developers, testers and product owners. Your expertise in testing will be vital in every phase of development;
• Innovation in testing: bringing your passion to develop the test strategy for our new core system;
