Now, we're embarking on our most ambitious voyage yet: building a new core system from the ground up! For that exciting journey we’re looking for a Tech Lead. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers made up of employees and consultants.

We are looking for a structured and precise Tech Lead who is also flexible, pragmatic and caring. We believe you will be the best to drive and lead our development processes and resolve challenges. You won't just be guiding the team; you will be doing. Your hands-on contribution to development tasks will be invaluable, showcasing your skills and inspiring your team. For this role, you should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and more than three years’ experience as a Tech or Team Lead in software development.

You will focus on:

• Orchestrating team dynamics: leading a team of developers, ensuring cohesion and productivity regardless of their office location;
• Guiding product execution: translating product goals into manageable tasks, keeping the team aligned with the product’s vision and timelines;
• Promoting quality and efficiency: overseeing the development process, ensuring high standards in both quality and pace of work;
• Encouraging growth and learning: promoting knowledge sharing within the team, staying informed in regard to technological advancements to continually evolve our practices.
