We are looking for a HR Manager & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager who has good knowledge of the Working Environment Act ( AML ), and can give advice and guidance on HR processes. The work must be in accordance with laws, regulations and project requirements. We are looking for you who has relevant work experience in the subject areas of the position, and who are passionate about working with value-creating HR.

Responsibility

• Manager of all HR topics - ensure the company complies with Norwegian laws and regulations
• Review and update HR policies in accordance with Norwegian regulations as necessary
• Recruitment from A to Z (workers and staff)
• On-/off boarding
• Salary and working conditions review
• Working time arrangements, including approval by the Union
• Follow-up of sick leave, holiday, leave, insurance and pension
• Preparation of the payroll, including review and approval of the timesheets
• Point of contact for shop stewards, occupational health and AMU
• Employee development and competence
• Employee surveys
• Contact with schools and training offices regarding apprentices
• Risk assessments related to HR and seriousness topics
• In charge of the Corporate Social Responsibility, including follow-up of the system for seriousness requirements, training, information and seriousness controls

Qualifications

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree in relevant subject areas. Long relevant experience can compensate for the formal requirement.
• Good expertise in management, laws/regulations, agreements and directives, as well as labor crime
• Good IT skills
• Communication skills in both writing and orally in Norwegian and English
