Group Crewing Manager LNG

We are hiring a Crewing Manager LNG to join our Crewing department in Haugesund. The crewing department consists of highly qualified employees eager to include a new member in their team.

We are looking for a motivational team builder and supportive leader with strong organizational skills for this newly established role.This is an international and hands-on role in our company.

Duties and responsibilities

• The Group Crewing Manager LNG will be responsible for all aspects of crew management for our LNG vessels
• Lead and develop the Crewing department LNG
• Work close together with other Crewing Managers in Knutsen Group
• Responsible for preparing the annual manning budgets and review of these to ensure adherence to the budgets
• Responsible for crew matrix compliance on the LNG fleet
• Participation in DOC / MLC and TMSA Audits to explain and demonstrate compliance
  
• Support the Vessel Superintendents in crewing matters

Qualifications

• Sailing experience as officer or master level
• Knowledge of the shipping industry
• Knowledge of tariff agreements
• Good understanding of MLC, SMS compliance systems
• Must master the English language written and verbal
