EcoFishCircle is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Head of Aquaculture Technology. You will be responsible for leading research and development efforts to improve the sustainability and efficiency of our RAS technology and fish farming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead our aquaculture technology development, with a focus on scale-up
Lead the technology dimension in ongoing projects at Hausvik and Lista, in tight collaborations with operations and project management
Ensure top performance of operating technology and establish top maintenance processes
Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in aquaculture technology to ensure EFC remains at the forefront of innovation
In co-operation with operations manager reach our KPI-targets and strategic goals

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology or a related field
5+ years of experience in research and development in the aquaculture industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong technical knowledge of fish farming practices and technologies. RAS in particular
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
