DynSoL AS looking for Principal Automation Engineer

Due to the increased volume of assignments, we are seeking a colleague for the challenging global EPC project for our new office in Stavanger.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discipline & provide project management services
• Technical support in Feasibility, Concept & FEED study & detail engineering phase
• Provide detailed automation design as per codes & standards, and identify resources needed
• Prepare required analysis/simulations and discipline deliverables
• Support relevant installation work. Provide completion and commissioning support 
• Support in preparing project proposals.
• Provide the general team support across all or most functional areas of the oil, gas & energy process system engineering in different phases of the project where needed

Qualifications

• BSc &/MSc degree in electrical & electronics, control & automation, or other relevant engineering
• Minimum ten years experience as a discipline engineer in the oil & gas industry. Deep applied knowledge of automation design according to relevant standards i.e, IEC, ISO, NORSOK, ATEX, DNV

Personal competence

• Effective Communication skills. Work both independently and with other resources for multiple tasks. Fluent both in English and Norwegian
• Excellent organizational skills
• The main Work location is Stavanger. Traveling internationally will be needed occasionally
