Maintenance Manager

As Maintenance Manager at Hydrovolt in Fredrikstad you will create, develop, drive and monitor all the maintenance activities on site. You will be responsible of our maintenance plan in Fredrikstad reporting to the Site Manager .

You will have an important role in the development of the company and be given the opportunity to join a start-up team in one of the most exciting and fast growing industries today.

The role is a part of our Operational team in Fredrikstad, Norway.

About the job and key responsibilities

  Develop and implement a maintenance program based on best practices in the recycling industry with an emphasis on preventive/predictive maintenance.

  Recruit and build a small maintenance team to run daily operations. Lead employees to encourage safety, performance and dedication.

  Manage relationships with partners and vendors.

  
  
• 
  

  Responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

We believe that you have :

• Proven experience as Maintenance Manager.
• Demonstrable competency in processing- or recycling industry.
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
• Focus on Safety and Problem solving.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Bonus points for:

• Experience and interest in recycling industry.
• Fluency in other languages (Swedish, German, French, Spanish).
• Experience from a multi-cultural environment.
