We are looking for a leader with experience from agile and lean organizations.
The person will co-lead the organization with the general manager. Should be agile-oriented and have a positive drive for the organization – its mission and employees.
Main responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership of the organization, including team leader role
- Strategic leadership: Operations and strategy execution/service delivery and development
- Running the organization administratively
We think this personality and background will be the best fit:
- Higher education; technical or financial/commercial
- Experience from agile and lean organizations
- Passionate leader with a can-do attitude
- Speak one of the Nordic languages in addition to English
- Able to get security clearance in a Nordic country

The Nordic Financial CERT association is a small well-established organization founded in 2013. We are owned by our members – they are the main private and public financial institutions in most of the Nordics.
We provide services to the cyber security organizations of our members: They do not compete on security, this is an area for collaboration – safeguarding the Nordic financial industry against cyber attacks. We are a sharing hub that facilitates meeting places and technical solutions for cyber defenders to meet and build trust, and share information that cannot be bought from any vendor. We have an operational team with cyber defense experts that support our members and create solutions for the community. We also play a key role in public/private collaboration for cyber security: this includes a well established working relationship with many of the Financial Supervisory Authorities, Police and National Cyber Security Centers in the Nordic countries.
