This is what you are going to do as the Business Development / Operations Manager for Yokogawa Norge AS
Working within Industrial Automation Solutions (Systems Business) you will be responsible for Control & Safety Systems Sales including Yokogawa’s Digital Enterprise Solutions. With highly reliable technology that integrates operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) you will be responsible to expand our related Products, Solutions and Consultancy services offering to our Customers and value partners to increase revenue streams.
Working within the Systems team you will be an integral team member ensuring Sales are realised through to delivery supporting operations with commercial delivery. You will develop sales and development plans to successfully support our customers in improving their efficiency, safety and digital transformation in their business.
- Develop market and maximize growth within area of responsibility by maintaining existing and seeking new opportunities.
- Following market plan including market strategy, marketing, budget preparation and monitoring of results in close cooperation with Country Manager and European Industry Leads.
- Identify market demands in order to influence solutions development and product strategy.
- Have a close cooperation with European HQ and contribute to other regions success by follow up defined customers in your region.

We are looking for an experienced sales person with expertise in business development and interest to realize Sales through to delivery. You have a good understanding of the Industrial Automation market and will be working within sales and operations staff to maximise expansion possibilities.
Furthermore:
• Bachelor level with more than 10 years of sales and relevant Industry experience.
• Strong Management and Communication skills, able to influence people and teams.
• Norwegian Language Skills
• Capable of working with different cultures.

You will be directly employed by Yokogawa Norge AS and the position is based in Norway Stavanger with the understanding that this job in nature will require regular travelling to customers and Yokogawa offices in Europe. For the execution of the job the virtual (online) working environment is fully available to support you.
