Our Country Marketing Manager is now searching for a Marketing Communication Manager to join her management team.

As our Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for the Marketing Communication strategy and proactively contribute to the marketing plan and output. You will lead and coach your team to deliver creative solutions that deliver business results aligned with our brand identity and positioning, across all channels. You will also manage agency relationships and be responsible for understanding the performance in cooperation with Insights. In this role you will be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.

Relevant education from university or college
Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications and delivering results
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and influencing co-workers and teams
Good leadership capabilities including ability to lead peers and stakeholders while communicating in an inspirational way
Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve planning and performance moving forward
