Customer Fulfillment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA omnichannel retailing a reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organization with an end-to-end approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.

To our new upcoming central parcel unit (CPU), which will be operated by a third-party provider, we are looking for our new Contract Manager Parcel Operations, He/She will be responsible from IKEA for the parcel operations. The Contract Manager Parcel Operations will play an important role in the implementation and operations of our first Parcel Operations in Norway.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To secure strong collaboration with the supplier and secure the right prerequisites in the unit in order to secure growth and continuously development.
 
In addition to this, you will be responsible for: 
 
  • Developing and maintaining agreed contractual service and operational standards related to quality and efficiency in operations 
  • Develop, communicate and follow-up strategy, business plan and relevant actions 
  • Budgets and results connected to the external unit and initiate access when necessary 
  • Collaborate with key internal and external partners and stakeholders 
  • Integrate the sustainability agenda into operations
