You will be employed in the Aker Horizons Asset Development team where we together will develop, build, and operate green industrial hubs across the world.

Purpose of position

To secure and deliver global projects, we are looking to hire experienced, pro-active and adaptable Project Directors and Managers. You will become a key member of Aker Horizons Asset Development’s Project Execution team, with direct influence and impact on the planning and execution of your project portfolio.

We would like you to;

• Manage and take responsibility for overall project deliverables, from project definition to delivery of an operational plant, according to set targets and expectations
• Lead and integrate the different execution parties, such as EPC, equipment and Technology partners
• Prepare and execute on company strategy to deliver cost effective carbon positive industrial developments
• Pro-actively drive lean and efficient delivery excellence in Aker Horizons Asset development, driving standardization, and digitalization through the value chain
• Establish and follow up commercial and contractual execution plan utilizing alliance model and key partners/suppliers focusing on standardization, scalability, and digitalization.

You may be a relevant candidate if you have solid Project Director/Managerbackground with strong project performance and excellent HSSEQ record from the international renewable energy sector, preferably with hydrogen domain expertise. Experience from petrochemical, onshore midstream/downstream project experience is also of relevance. Knowledge of green steel/DRI is also of relevance.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you demonstrate sustainable leadership whilst also being capable of navigating complexity. You should feel motivated by growing and developing Aker Horizons Asset Development into the most efficient hydrogen value chain integrator (Developer, Builder, Owner, Operator).
