Chief Product Officer at AMOI

AMOI has ambitious growth and expansion plans and therefore need to strengthen our product & cx team. We’re looking for a person that has experience from building digital products and knows how to build products and combine product visions with overall strategy and business needs.


What will you do at AMOI?

We are looking for a leader to head up our product and CX department. You and your team of product/business developers and designers will drive our knowledge and insight generation journey. This means that you are not only a constant learner in your field of expertise but also dedicated to sharing the power of data driven decisions.

  • Build and lead the product organization where you will lead a cross-functional team including directly managing product/business developers and design
  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics for AMOIs products
  • Be a customer advocate, always understanding what the customer needs and why
  • Look for new growth opportunities for AMOI beyond the boundaries of the current strategy
  • Build and implement processes and ways of working and evangelize product thinking
  • Lead a cross-functional team including directly managing product/business developers and design
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering and operations to design and improve products based on customer needs and to drive cohesive strategies

You will report to our CEO and be part of the AMOI management team.


Who are you?

Your day-to-day work will be dynamic and in tight collaboration with the different functions of AMOI. To thrive in this role, we believe it’s important that:

  • You have experience from working with digital products applying relevant methods and processes typically as a head of product, CPO, product lead or management consultant
  • You have directly managed or coached other product managers and have a point of view on how to build a high performing team
  • you understand the product craft and have a toolbox that can be efficiently applied at different product problems
  • You’re passionate about digital products, e-commerce and marketplaces
  • You’re analytical and structured and take decisions based on data
  • You like to work with several different kinds of tasks and you like having multiple ongoing projects

It’s seen as beneficial if you have experience or knowledge from e-commerce and marketplaces.

You will be working with the Nordics as your market and the location of work could be placed either in Oslo or in Stockholm.

In terms of location this is a hybrid role where you will have the possibility to work from home and from the office, as a hybrid role it will have its base in either Oslo (Youngstorget) or Stockholm (Regeringsgatan) where our current offices are.
