Sustainability and Compliance Manager

Fred. Olsen & Co. undertakes the day-to-day management for Bonheur ASA, which is a holding company with the main investments within Fred. Olsen Renewables, Fred. Olsen Seawind, Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, Fred. Olsen 1848, Global Wind Services, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines and NHST Media Group.

Bonheur ASA has been a pioneer in recognising the need for renewable energy and has over the last 25 years established various renewables-oriented companies, covering the entire value chain from developing to construction and operating onshore windfarms as well as installation and service of both onshore and offshore windfarms.

Fred. Olsen & Co. is looking for a new employee who will lead our continuous development of sustainability and compliance including internal control for Bonheur ASA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the further development of sustainability in the Bonheur group of companies
• Responsible for ESG reporting for Bonheur in cooperation with the operative companies
• Be on top of internal and external requirements and legislations, both for financial and non-financial reporting
• Internal and external stakeholder communication for sustainability
• Responsible for compliance reporting in the Bonheur group of companies
• Proactively work to build culture and strengthen the focus of both sustainability and compliance
• Ensure that policies and procedures are updated and operative
• Coordinate training of employees
• Responsible for internal control of financial reporting in the Bonheur group of companies

Qualifications:

• Extensive working experience within sustainability and compliance
• Strong experience from financial reporting and control, preferably from a "big four" company
• Experience from working in an interdisciplinary environment is an advantage
• IFRS competence is an advantage
  
• Excellent communications skills in English
• Relevant higher education
• 5-10 years relevant experience
