In 2021 Desert Control increased LNC production capacity by more than 300%, achieved five times organizational growth, expanded to the U.S., and successfully entered a strategic partnership with Mawarid by forming a new sales and distribution company for LNC in Abu Dhabi to serve the UAE and Middle East region. Desert Control has a strong position and remains well-funded to execute planned commercialization and market expansion ahead.

We are looking for a strategic, commercial, and hands-on profile to play a key role in the further development of the company. You will be part of the executive leadership team and have the overall responsibility for the finance function in Desert Control. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and create results together with a competent team, are key factors to success.

Main tasks:

• Build, develop and lead the group finance function in Desert Control
• Responsible for reporting and preparing relevant and necessary analyses and key figures
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Cash flow and currency management
• Active involvement in business development and strategy
• Play a key role corporate development and new establishments
• Responsible for reporting to stock exchange 
• Investor relations 
• Act as board secretary

To succeed as CFO in Desert Control, you have sound financial competence, leadership qualities and experience from working in an international environment. You probably hold an MSc or BSc in finance/business administration or other related subjects. Experience from investor relations and listed companies is advantageous.
