We have an increasing demand for our solutions and are now seeking an:

International Sales Manager.

You will be our international spearhead with the responsibility for outlining an operational sales strategy. You will contribute to develop our business model, value propositions and general business development. You are passionate and knowledgeable about international sales.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

- Sales responsibility for all Liftroller AS´ products in the international market, except Scandinavia
- Key contributor to Liftroller's growth and expansion
- Central in the development of the company's international sales and marketing strategy
- Work closely with Liftroller’s CEO and marketing team to provide effective marketing strategies and tools for our partners/distributors
- Main responsibility for sales budgets and sales targets in defined geographic market area (s)
- Implement Liftroller Academy for new partners and train them in how to be good Liftroller ambassadors
- Contribute actively to cultivate relevant markets and acquire new customers/partners
- Follow-up existing customers/partners
- Prepare and follow up offers
- Contribute actively to developing Liftroller´s product portfolio
- Prepare, conduct and follow up sales and customer meetings, both digital and physical
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer events and digital meeting points
- Ability to see opportunities and create new markets and customer groups
- Organize sales territory, establish prospecting targets, recommend and implement effective strategies to capture new business.

Key qualifications and personal characteristics:

- Relevant education is desirable, but international sales experience is a requirement
- Have a clear commercial orientation
- We highly appreciate a humorous and a happy personality
- Strong sales skills, good with customers and strong relationship building skills
- Good at familiarizing yourself with and understanding international sales and negotiation cultures
- Entrepreneurial, independent and with good collaboration skills
- Digital knowledge and skills
- Analytic, targeted and persistent

The position reports to CEO of Liftroller AS, and the workplace can be both remote or onsite in Liftrollers HQ in Bergen.
