Operation and Workshop Manager

Iconic has developed an attractive technology for acoustic monitoring for well intervention, workover, and abandonment. We are now looking for a team player with a “can do” spirit, that is motivated by challenges in a hectic working environment. You will be part of a small highly competent team, and be the bridge between Sales, Business Development, and Engineering.

As an Operation and Workshop Manager, you will have a key hands-on role in the organization to ensure Iconic products maintain the high level of performance and robustness we have built so far.

Responsibility

• Overall responsibility for operations,
• Hands-on and deadline oriented, with the ability to clearly communicate plans.
• Assure that clients’ expectations being met.
• Technical integrity and development.
• Daily management and hands on activity of operations.
• Compliance testing/coordination.
• Organizing and coordinate Integrated Operations.
• Perform presentations to clients and partners.
• Training personnel in operational aspects of equipment.
• Participate and be a creative resource in client meetings to deliver effective and fit for purpose solutions.
• Assure that adequate QHSE levels are met on a daily basis

Qualifications

• 5 years or relevant experience from downhole operations, predominantly wireline operations.
• Good understanding of general well operations and equipment.
• A sense of ownership and ‘make it happen’ attitude
• Good written and oral presentation skills in both Norwegian and English.
