We are searching for a Section Manager, Electrical Production

As Section Manager you will lead the Electrical Production group and report to Department Manager Production & Test.

You will have the following responsibilities and tasks:

• Lead, organize and guide the employees in the Electrical production department group
• Motivate and develop staff members
• Follow up and organize the resources and plan accordingly
• Play a key role in ensuring quality and delivery performance
• Close cooperation with engineering, purchasing, mechanical production, project and test
• Training of employee in the department and in sister companies worldwide
• Participate and lead continuous improvement projects where appropriate
• Measurable targets: The department’s delivery precision, environmental targets and KPI’s
• Personnel responsibility in the section

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Management experience is required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and colleagues
• Pro-active and independent approach to problem solving
• Skills from assembly or manufacturing of electrical machines
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
• Pronounced sense of order
