During first half of 2022 we are establishing a spin-off company from Aarbakke Innovation (AAI) covering the downhole machining technology suite from AAI. The downhole maching platform can be described as an swiss army knife that in essence is a smart downhole machining center. This wire line-based technology platform enables through tubing operation with a leap towards cost effective and environmentally friendly P&A and slot recovery activities as well as EOR/IOR operations.

To deliver these abilities and offer them to the global energy market, this technology platform is placed in a dedicated company however still in the Aarbakke Innovation family. In 2023 we will move into the state of the art technology park at Bryne together with all the companies in the Aarbakke family. Responsibility

Overall responsible for the operations, being hands-on planning and performance. Assure that clients’ expectations being met.
Technical integrity and development
Daily management of operation and technical aspects.
Assure that adequate QHSE levels are met on a daily basis.
Take part in sales activities and tenders
Perform presentations to clients and partners
Part of management team

Qualifications

5 years or more relevant experience from WL-operations
Good understanding of general well operations and equipment
I’ll take responsibility to make this happen with great results attitude
Speak, read, and talk English fluent. If you also manages Norwegian, great
