Main Responsibility

As a committed and communicative personality, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Maintenance contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled, according to plan, on budget and to highest standard. You will further support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


You will report to the CEO of Stadler Service Norway AS.

 

Your tasks

·        Main responsibility is ensuring that Stadler delivers according to the contracts and elaborate of the opportunities in the contracts.

·        Ensuring that all aspects of the contract are delivered in a dependable, compliant and sustainable manner.

·        Liaise with other departments of the company to achieve high delivery and customer satisfaction.

·        Together with the company ensure that the required resources to within the project organization are in place and maintained. This includes planning, procurement and RAM.

·        Define to all roles, of suitably qualified personnel who can achieve compliance with the related success criteria that will be established.

·        Present status of the project a Management Reviews meeting to monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of project progress, and establishing an action plan to address any identified issues.

·        Demonstrating leadership, commitment and drive in the implementation of the overall responsibilities to ensure that a positive, cooperatives and dedicated contribution to success exists within all functions responsible for the success of the Maintenance contract.

·        Liaising with Clients technical and commercial representatives to ensure that Stadler delivers customer satisfaction and drives the establishment and maintenance of a culture of excellence.

·        Leading monthly meetings with customer.

·        Preparing variation orders.

·        Member of SRS NO leader team and report directly to CEO of SRS NO.


Your profile

·        Higher education

·        7 to 10 years of relevant work experience

·        Basic knowledge of regulations and legal terms

·        Sensitivity to Compliance issues

·        Risk management skills

·        Service-oriented, committed and communicative personality

·        Ability to prioritize own workload

·        Hands-on mentality

·        Very good MS-Office skills

·        Fluent in Norwegian and English (verbal and written)

·        Attention to detail, meticulousness

·        Negotiation skills
