Cinenord is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will take an active role in the further development of the company.

Responsibilities and main tasks:

Responsible for planning and implementing projects from A to Z
Negotiations with various customers, suppliers and staff
Manage and support projects to achieve ambitious economic goals in line with plans, approved funding and expected quality and timeframes
Ensure that project quality and risk plans are established and maintained
Follow up with customers and meet their needs to ensure high customer satisfaction on delivery
Secure company profitability

To succeed in this role we think you preferably should have:

Legal competence and a high level of understanding and experience of economics
5 to 10 years’ experience from the film industry
A background from the large networks together with experience from line production
Insight in film & TV distribution and their funding systems
Excellent negotiation skills

We seek a hardworking leader with excellent written and oral communication skills in English, a proven record of productive relationship building, adaptability, multitasking and the ability to work independently when needed – with solid team building capabilities.
