Statkraft is looking for a new senior member of the Corporate Politics and Ownership team

Statkraft is looking for a new senior member of the Corporate Politics and Ownership team. Important tasks for the unit is analysing energy and climate policies, coordinating Statkraft’s views on key policy issues and stakeholder management.

As part of this role, you will:

• In cooperation with the rest of the Corporate Politics and Ownership team lead Statkraft’s public affairs in Norway
• Coordinate and strategically advice on Statkraft’s stakeholder management
• Assess and inform policy development in Norway
• Support business areas and senior management on public affairs
• Work closely with different Business Areas

About you:

• Extensive knowledge and experience from Norwegian politics and policy development
• Sound judgement and strategic skills
• Strong communications skills and ability to present content in formal and informal settings
• Team-player with leadership abilities
• Ability to take initiative and comfortable with high activity level
• Strategic and structured approach to challenges and tasks
• Preferably good understanding of energy and climate politics
• Higher relevant education
