Resource Coordinator

In line with the growth in missions, Andøya Space is searching for a Resource Coordinator for a newly created position. The position will report to the Director of Operations and Business Support and will have overall responsibility for planning and coordinating existing and future resources for operational roles in orbital, sub-orbital and missile launch campaigns.
In addition, the position will be responsible for coordinating courses to build or maintain competence as well as other due administrative work.

Tasks:

• Responsible for Plan staffing in Orbital, Sub-orbital and Defence campaigns
• Resource management in the division with the aim of ensuring proper execution of assignments
• Monitor and report hourly production within the division
• Work actively to further develop the department
• On-demand and coordinate training
• Responsible for reporting assignments

Qualifications - education

• Certificate / Bachelor or other relevant competence in the transport sector, administration, logistics or economics
• Experience as a resource coordinator from the operational environment is an advantage
• Flexible, structured, and good ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks
• Good ability to work independently and carry out own tasks
• Knowledge of resource coordination planning tools
• Responsibility, quality and HSE conscious
  

Commercial or national security considerations may apply to some operations; it is therefore essential that the applicant may gain a Norwegian security clearance.
In addition, good technical, interpersonal and communication skills and being proficient in English oral and writing.
Applicants must have a Class B driver’s license.
