We are now looking for a new star in our kitchen.

Tasks:

*Development of new dishes and menus

* Organization of kitchen 

* Purchasing and follow-up of suppliers

* Train staff, implement routines

* IK mat and HMS routines

* Calculations / food cost

* Inventory

*Scheduling and staff cost



Qualifications:

* Certificate as a chef with relevant experience for at least 4 years

* Experience from hotel or restaurant

* Good understanding of staff and kitchen finances

* Good collaboration and communication skills

* Independent and structured

* Engaged leader

* Speak and write English

* Experience with IT - tools


Personal characteristics:

* Has a basic open-minded and positive attitude

* Stands out as a good example and likes the good and the challenging staff conversation

* Is structured, follows up and implements what has been agreed

* Is independent and at the same time sees the value in collaborating
