RESPONSIBILITY

btwn seeks a Digital Transformation Manager to head our business area, Digital Transformation. Main responsibilities will be change management and support for our clients and act as bridge between the clients and our technical development team. Implementation of btwn’ Digital Transformation initiative to provide modern, digital solutions that allow our clients to seamlessly collaborate and manage business and projects on a digital platform. The manager will play a key role in ensuring the Digital Transformation transition, change management support and focusing on the people-side of changes to business processes, systems, job roles, and organization structures. The manager will work to support the Digital Transformation, with an emphasis on developing user-centric systems, driving user acceptance and adoption, and effectively managing the relevant changes that impact employees.
