An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accountant to join our Finance Department, located in Stavanger.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly financial close of legal entities in SAP Business Object Finance (BFC)
• Balance sheet reconciliations / preparation of analytical reviews
• Preparation of Year End Schedules
• VAT reporting
• Reporting to Statistisk Sentralbyrå (SSB)
• Delivery of Statutory accounts within set deadlines
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience from similar positions or Auditing
• Experience from preparations of Statutory accounts
• Experience with IFRS
• Experience with VAT and indirect taxes
• General good accounting skills
