To lead/manage the accounting/finance function 3D perception AS (3DP) is hiring a solid CFO

As CFO you will have varied tasks and work closely with the company's projects - aimed to the international market. As a part of the management team you must thrive with the overall responsibility for the finances of the company.

If you hold a Master's degree in Economics/finance or equivalent and ready to take the step into a CFO role, we can promise you a challenging and exciting opportunity!

Tasks

• Overall oversight of the 3DP group finances
• Reconciliation of bank, intercompany transactions and any other balance accounts 
• Consolidation
• Update project finance reports 
• Controller function 
• Cash planning 
• Monthly closures of the books in 3DP AS and 3DP inc
• Yearly closures of the books in 3DP AS and 3DP inc 
• Create budgets
• Create monthly forecasts 
• Insurance agreements 
• Management of accounting function, including accounts payable, payroll, VAT, and related activities 
• Other tasks as required

You will have a small team of resources in Norway and US for processing invoices, VAT reporting and payroll tasks. This position needs the hands-on knowledge to complete these tasks from time to time.

Educational and professional background

• Higher economic education (can be compensated by many years of relevant experience)
• IT and Accounting tools skills, ERP implementation
• Determined 
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Well structured 
• Attention to critical detail and multitasking skills 
• Written, verbal and presentation in English

Personal skills

• Succeed by taking ownership of tasks and ability to work independently
• Committed and enthusiastic, find technology exciting
• High motivation to lead and develop the finance function both in Norway and the 
• Good communication skills, communicate well in English
• Structured and forward leaning 
• Good collaboration skills

Experience from international companies is a definite advantage, as well as familiarity with change management.
