Diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) is an important sustainability aspect and part of the corporate strategy agenda in Schibsted. We are convinced that our success depends on DIB. To fulfill our mission to empower people in their daily lives, we need a workforce with diversity competencies that represent the customers we serve. As DIB Manager you will report to SVP People Group Functions but also work closely with the Sustainability department.
After achieving our gender ratio goals set for 2020 we are now proceeding to work on the wider DIB agenda. We believe that there is a huge potential in a diverse and inclusive workforce and if we provide our leaders with the right competence and tools to build a culture of inclusion and belonging, we can release that potential and nourish collaboration and innovation that can turn into value creation for our stakeholders.

We think it’s prerequisite that you to have the following qualifications:
Previous experience or/and education in this field
Excellent at project management and experience from leading large projects on DIB / organizational development
- The ability to work through others in a complex matrix organization.
- Excellent facilitation skills both with leadership teams and individuals.
- Excellent at communicating.
- Data driven, data decisive
- Able to link the DIB agenda to product development, business opportunities and value creation.
- Excellent in English, spoken and written
