We are now looking for a new Head of HR to direct and oversee Framo’s people plans in ways that support our mission and overall strategy. The position has the global responsibility for Framo’s HR function which mean you will lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and the members of the HR department. You will ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organizations objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. You will also be in charge of our department of occupational health with skilled professionals who are working to assist our colleagues to prevent work related illness and injuries, and you will cooperate with a professional and dedicated HR team in Alfa Laval, our owner.

You are an excellent communicator and see the opportunities in cooperating with your colleagues. You must have a business acumen partnered with attention to the human element, future oriented, independent, hardworking, love to make things happen – and full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives. You have at least 5 years’ experience from a similar role, higher relevant educational background and you have an attraction for the Marine- or Offshore Industry.
