We are a team of Account Executives, industry and domain specialists that work to sell, innovate and support end-to-end digital transformation deliveries to our strategic clients. Our everyday work centers around working with clients to understand their needs and digital transformation plans and match this with Capgemini offerings and innovations as well as making sure we can deliver projects through supporting talent attraction and development.

So, what will we be doing together and what will be my role as a Digital Transformation Manager?

• We will be working with the largest Scandinavian clients in Capgemini's portfolio to understand their needs and plans within the domain of Digital Transformation

• We will be working with the best in-house data scientists, technologists, designers and strategists to make compelling pitches to showcase what Capgemini can deliver within the domains of Digital Transformation, including Customer Experience, Intelligent Automation, Cloud transformation journeys and intelligent industry solutions.

• We will be working to support our commercial teams in crafting pitches, bid responses, presentations and value propositions

• We will be working closely with our global organization to understand what innovations and client references can be used to help our Norwegian clients excel in digital innovation

• You will develop to become internal and customer facing trusted adviser on Digital Transformation trends and technologies

We believe that you will enjoy yourself in our team if you...:

• Are either a technologist with a passion for solving business challenges, or you are business educated with a passion for technology - with a few years experience from work within strategy, digital, technology and/or consulting

• Have an opinion on why 75% av companies think they provide a superior customer experience, yet only 30% of the consumers agree -- and how this gap can be closed!

• Are an excellent story teller, and have the ambition to become confident in being on stage in front of C-level executives

• Have excellent communication skills, both in Norwegian and English, written and verbally

• You are familiar with marketing leading technology platform companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, Google and Amazon. You are interested in getting your hands "dirty" to learn more (low-code/no-code) to be able to demonstrate the power of such technologies for our clients

• Have a clear opinion on how you can work together with us to Get The Future You Want for your career within a global company like ours

• Are in strong command of both English and Norwegian as your working language
