We are looking for an Operations Manager for a permanent position in Yinson Renewables to either be located in Norway (Oslo) or in the UK (London). The candidate needs to have a solid background and track record in renewable energy activities with knowledge and understanding of managing a portfolio of operational assets. We are looking for a motivated, solution-oriented and hard-working individual who is capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of a small but dynamic team located in both Europe and Asia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage performance of operational assets.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety are implemented on all operational assets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to be approved by the Senior Management Team of Yinson Renewables.
• Work closely with any Yinson Renewables subsidiaries involved with the operations of the assets.
• Oversight and management of the (internal and external) resources contracted to manage each operational asset.
• Working with the Renewables finance team to provide timely monthly reporting of operational & financial performance across the renewable portfolio.
• Provide assistance to both the development and construction teams with regards to all operational aspects of an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing operational renewable assets.
• Proven personnel management experience.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
