Store Manager Nudie Jeans

We have an opening for a Store Manager at Nudie Jeans Repairs Shop in Oslo, Hegdehaugsveien. This is a full-time permanent position, with an immediate start date. 

Our Repair Shop in Oslo opened in 2015, in the area called Majorstua. We are located on the corner of Hegdehaugsveien and Bogstadveien, which is known as the longest shopping street in Norway. We carry a selection of the latest collections as well as offering a repair service on all Nudie Jeans.

In the position as Store Manager, you will be part of the Retail team with several touchpoints in the organization. You will work in close collaboration with our Repair Shops, with the Regional Retail Manager, Omnichannel Coordinator, Supply Chain Department, and HR Department. 

As Store Manager, you are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of running a store and especially taking responsibility for its profitability. The goal is to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and lead the team to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to

• Set an example for great store management and customer service by leading the way.
• Make sure the repair shop lives up to Nudie Jean's standards regarding customer service and brand experience. 
• Responsible for the sales and KPI´s performance of the store. 
• Work closely with Regional Manager to maximize sales, profit, and reach key targets.
• Motivating and coaching staff members.
• Maintain our repair service in-store.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are met.
• Responsible for the work environment, both physical and psychological.
• Maintenance of stock together with the sales coordinator.

In order to fulfill the role, you are required to:

• Have at least 3 years retail experience in a team-leading position.
• Previous experience of working with, and continuously analyzing, Profit and Loss reports in order to drive profitability.
• Good system knowledge in back-office software system, such as M3, Sitoo, or similar ERP/POS systems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
