As our Head of Global People Operations you will be responsible for establishing a corporate Centre of Excellence delivering world class People services and a People digital platform to a growing international organization.
In this role you will get a unique opportunity to use your skills and experience to establish a new unit in the Group People & Organization (P&O) team. The success of your team will be crucial on our quest to become a P&O lighthouse for the industry.
You will be expected to initiate innovation that challenges existing practices and accelerates our journey towards an unrivaled employee experience. An agile mindset and a flexible but structured approach will be required to succeed. Top management on both Group and company level will be key stakeholders to anchor strategies and roadmaps. Our local People teams will be your sparring partners, critical for both piloting and roll outs of new services and tools.
The Head of Global People Operations must have a strong track record in creating value through continuous improvement, automation and digitalization in a rapidly growing international business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering agile end-to-end operating model transformations of the People value chain. The ability to build trust and work effectively with other support functions and senior leadership is a must.
You will be accountable for our global people operations agenda and people digital platform. The role will be an important member of the Group People & Organization leadership team and will report directly to the VP of Group People & Organization (CHRO).

Duties and responsibilities
- Accountable for developing, implementing, operating and improving a robust and futureproof global People operations organization.
- Business ownership of the global people operations policies, global operations processes, mobility, digital roadmap and tools of the P&O function (incl our e-learning portal).
- Accountable for developing and owning the Masterdata Management process in the P&O area and develop the P&O analytics framework and reporting required to make data driven decisions. Working effectively with the product owner in the IT organization on priorities, business cases and realization
- Accountable for the corporate pension and insurance area.
- Build and lead a Global People Operations team, and oversee office services functions
- Be an active and supporting team member in the Group People & Organization Leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum a Masters degree in related fields (e.g. economics, IT, Business transformation)
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with proven successful delivery of developing and realizing an agile operation model improvement agenda within the People function and/or other support functions.
- Experience with leading digital transformation initiatives and agile ways of working is seen as a major advantage
- Experience with managing a multinational unit with both transactional services and digital specialists will be an advantage
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
