The relationship manager will be the key contact between defined Nordic members/partners and the Nordic Financial CERT organization.
Responsibilities
Drive member forums and cyber information sharing activity, helping NFCERT member community and external network get good value from sharing and collaboration.
Build and maintain organizational and personal relationships with members (a broad range of financial institutions in the Nordics.)
Build and maintain relationships with partners/stakeholders - e.g. run cooperation with national cyber crime police and cyber security centers.
Have a situational overview (cyber incidents situation picture) and contribute to coordinating some cases/incidents.
Required competence
- Experience with communication and cooperation in organizations of all sizes. Good understanding of organizations.
- Communicate well with all levels - management/administrative and technical personnel.
- Some software/technical understanding, with some cyber security knowledge
- An overview/understanding of the legal framework for cyber security work in financial institutions
- Some experience in project management or process ownership
Languages:
- English as the main working language – fluent written and oral
- One of Danish, Swedish or Norwegian – fluent written and oral
Competencies that will be a plus
- Hands-on experience with digital financial services in one of the Nordic countries, preferably Denmark or Sweden.
- An understanding of the financial sector, the central roles (financial institutions, key vendors, FSAs, National banks, associations)
- A strong interest in cyber security and resilience
- Experience with cyber incident response (cyber-attacks/cyber-crime/fraud) with multiple actors involved (e.g. customer and multiple vendors/other stakeholders.)
- Relevant higher education
Personal characteristics
- Cooperation- and people-oriented.
- Ability to see many perspectives, and to change between then (e.g. from detailed technical perspective to sector-overview)
- Structured, curious and self-motivated
Other
Candidate should pass security clearance in a Nordic country.
Regular travel expected in the Nordic Countries (when that becomes possible again.)
