You will be responsible for the human resource management in the onshore organization and be a key contributor in attracting, developing and retaining an engaged and motivated workforce. 

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain efficient HR strategies, processes and procedures

·        Be a trusted advisor and assist line managers in HR issues and processes

·        Contribute to organizational development and various projects

·        Employee Branding

·        Recruitment and onboarding

·        Employee development and retention

·        Competence and succession planning

·        Administrating employee contracts, compensation and employee benefits

·        Administrating relevant office cost and contracts

Our Ideal Candidate

·        Proven track record within Human Resources

·        Good knowledge of Norwegian employment law

·        Excellent communicator with a good command of English

·        Ability to engage, solve conflicts and build commitment

·        Independent, proactive and structured with a positive attitude
