As we are growing rapidly, we are searching for an ambitious and business-oriented HR professional to drive the strategic agenda for all Sector Alarm culture and engagement activities. As Head of Culture & Engagement you will ensure that Sector Alarm continues to have a strong value-based culture through an extensive growth phase, as well as setting the Sector Alarm culture when expanding to new countries. You will continue to develop the sales culture and secure a high level of engagement throughout the organization.

Our new Head of Culture & Engagement has extensive experience from strategic culture initiatives in a complex international organization. You have developed and driven cultural activities and concepts, with a strong vision for culture and engagement as a competitive advantage. Experience with employee surveys as a tool for implementing actions and best practice, is an advantage. To succeed in this role, we believe you are solution-oriented with a hands-on attitude, and that you possess collaboration and implementation skills.

You will report to our CHRO and be a valuable part of our Group HR team. Our Head of Culture & Engagement will work closely with both our executive management team, as well as the HR directors and other key stakeholders in all countries to secure The Sector Way.
