&Tradition is looking for a Brand Manager

&Tradition is expanding on the Norwegian market and we are therefore looking for a Brand Manager to join our team asap.

About the position

You will be responsible for developing the market and for strengthening &Tradition’s position with our partners in Norway. You are responsible for sales, showroom and the sales team (2 colleagues). You report to the Head of International Sales in Copenhagen and you will be working closely with the HQ in Copenhagen.

Your key tasks will be:

·      Strengthening &Tradition’s position on the Norwegian market

·      Communicating &Tradition’s vision and ideas on a professional level

·      Establishing and maintaining budgets

·      Participating in international fairs and meetings

Qualifications

·      Experience from the design / furniture industry or from sales of high profile designs such as durable consumer goods or life style products

·      Knowledge of the architect / interior design industry

·      Track record of a couple of years’ experience from B2B trade

·      A broad and well-established network within the industry

·      Management experience is an advantage but not a requirement
