Head of Operations and Service Delivery

Touch is seeking an ambitious and analytically minded leader with great drive to join our team in Halden. The position is a part of the management team and will have the overall responsibility for customer deliveries and technical operations. One of the most important tasks will be to participate in the development of the company. Furthermore, the position includes management of technology development, and overseeing the projects and delivery team.

We do our outmost to meet customer demands, so every day will present a range of new and different problems to tackle, often with shifting perspectives. The Head of Operations and Service Delivery must have both good technical understanding and people-skills.

Duties:

• Overall responsibility for the delivery and service operations

• Lead customer and development projects

• Personnel management

• Active contribution to the development of our processes and procedures

Experience and education:

• Higher qualification within information technology

• Experience of operations

• Considerable project management experience

• Good understanding of information technology

The head offices are in Oslo with branch offices in Halden, London and Singapore. This position will be based at our offices centrally located in Halden.
