We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to our Finnish team

We are now looking for Customer Service Advisor to work towards the Finnish market.

Main responsibilities:

• You will work with inbound customer contact by telephone and e-mail
• General customer administration and operational tasks 
• Case management and other administrative tasks when needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent language skills in Finnish and English
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (Graduates are encouraged to apply) or relevant work experience from customer service
• Organized way of working and ability to advise and guide customers in a professional manner
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to different situations
