Is Risk Management your strength and do you se yourself as part of a dynamic international business?

As a crucial member of the Project Execution Department, you will be accountable for the Risk Management Framework within Altera Infrastructure. 

As our new colleague you will join us ensuring that the Risk Management Framework and Methodology to both Re-deployment Projects and New Projects (new build and conversion) meet the Risk based criteria. 

We are looking for a candidate that is flexible, self-driven and motivated by learning. We work in a matrix organization where initiative and empowerment are both equally important.

 

Some of the things you will be accountable for 

  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in conformance with laws and regulations, contractual requirements and the AI Management System Manual (MSM).
  • Ensure that all Risk Analysis and related processes are in accordance to AACE Risk Management guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain a process and system for Risk Register and Risk Analysis during the phases before Project Sanctioning and during Project Execution Phase.
    ?    Define adequate and sufficient Risk Models and processes for each phase.
    ?    Facilitate Risk Analysis.
    ?    Follow up of Mitigation Actions.
    ?    Reporting of methodology and results in state-of-the-art presentations and reports.
  • Continuously improve the Management System for major projects with respect to Risk Management.
  • Provide risk management in Studies, FEEDs and Projects as required.
  • Contribute in general Project Cost Estimation and Cost Control activities.

What we are looking for

  • You hold a Technical and/or financial education, with minimum Bachelor degree.
  • You can show to proven track record from development and operation of systems for Risk Management including Risk Register, Mitigation Process and Cost/Time Qualitative/Quantitative Risk Analysis in EPCI projects. 
  • You have extensive technical and or/ financial experience from FPSO projects.
  • You have a strategic and organized mindset and systematic approach to work; self-starter/ proactive; able to multi-task competing priorities and still meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience from managing and working with a multi-disciplined team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English in report writing, presentations, diplomacy and assertiveness is demanded. Norwegian language capability is an advantage.
  • You are flexible on travels.
