A “Hybrid” Customer Success Manager


At Adline Professional AS, the customer success manager will understand customer outcomes through the ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback and then turn this into onboarding and retention strategies. You’ll be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers and much more.


You’ll be part of Adline’s core team, and must be able to wear several hats, hence a “hybrid CSM role. You are willing to own the entire sales relationship, including performing demos, driving sales, onboarding new customers, retention, and upselling.


What You’ll Do


  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support.
  • Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
  • Doing inbound demo calls with new customers.
  • Be the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap.
  • Document and structure a scalable onboarding and follow-up system.
  • Eventually, build and lead your own customer success team.


What We’re Looking For


  • Educated to degree level – preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication-, strong leadership- and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other client-facing roles.
  • Experience in working with international customers and key partners.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
  • Passion for technology and comfortable wearing many hats.
