We are seeking Project Engineering Manager
We are strengthening our technical department and are searching new colleagues who can take management - and execution responsibility and contribute to reach our project goals. The Project Engineering Manager will become part of a creative competence environment in the company.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Lead the engineering team for studies and EPC projects
  
• Manage the engineering with full responsibility for technical content, meeting cost and schedule
  
• Prepare and maintain project documents
• Be a member of the project management team and report to Project Manager
• Communicate with other departments, contractors and construction site
  
• Lead the engineering team and assign tasks to the individual members of the team
  
• Prepare reporting and execute meetings as required
• Follow up of engineering subcontractor
• Accountable for promoting HSE and quality mindset as well as commercial awareness
• Develop scope of work for new projects together with other parts of the organization

Qualifications

• Master of Science 
• Minimum 10 years of experience 
• Minimum 5 years of experience from similar Project Engineering Management role 
• Experience with strategic planning and goals
• Experience from management of early phase studies 
• Experience from management of large scale (>500 MNOK) EPC projects
• Excellent multidiscipline understanding
• Good knowledge of project execution models from large EPC projects 
• Extensive international travel will in periods be required
  
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, both verbally and written

• Flexible and dynamic, taking responsibility for work scope 
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Proactive and focused on safety and project goals
• Project related travels to be expected
