Quantafuel is a Norwegian company that upgrades plastic waste into recycled products. We will engineer, build, and operate chemical recycling plants across Europe - which shall be financed with debt and equity. We are strengthening our finance team and are looking for a dedicated person who can help us execute on the financial strategy in a rapid growth phase for the company.
The main purpose of the position is to lead Quantafuel's work in the field of treasury, lending and financing. You will also be a key resource in the company's project financing activities, including work towards international joint-venture partners for large scale plastic-to-liquid plants across Europe.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Plan, execute and manage corporate debt facilities, project finance facilities and bonds
  
• Plan, execute and manage financing of international joint venture structures
  
• International treasury activities including inter-company financing transactions, guarantees, hedging and currency management
  
• Liquidity forecasting, reporting and cash management
  
• Loan administration and reporting
  
• Manage and report on financial risk
  
• Work closely with key stakeholders also outside the finance team, especially within business development, project management and ESG/sustainability

Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferably within finance/accounting
• Experience from debt financing in a leading Nordic bank or from a similar position in an international company
  
• Experience with negotiating and managing international loan agreements and documentation
  
• Experience with financial modeling and cash flow analysis
  
• Experience with international corporate tax and joint ventures is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, both verbally and written
