Market Manager Nordics – Corporate HR & Payroll Services

TMF are expansion experts, serving global corporations, fund managers, financial institutions and private clients operating, expanding and investing in multiple jurisdictions. TMF aids clients with local accounting, tax, secretarial services, HR, Payroll and consultancy services. To strengthen position in the Nordic Market, TMF is looking to bring on board a strategic and commercially oriented HR & Payroll professional to lead their HRP practice across the Nordics.

Key responsibilities

As part of the Nordic Management Team, reporting directly to Head of Market you will have the overall responsibility for P&L within the HR & Payroll services across the Nordic market.  

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Through your team of Local Payroll Payroll Managers, you are responsible for a team of 20 highly competent payroll specialists located across the Nordic countries, plus a Regional Delivery Centre in Katowice, Poland
• Develop a business strategy that delivers sustainable profitable growth through both existing and new clients
• Maximise growth opportunities within existing client base
• Lead onboarding of business from new clients
• Drive business development on new services within HRP
• Align delivery processes across Nordic market with international processes

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a commercially oriented HR/Payroll /Comp & Ben professional with proven track record of successful client management. In addition, you need to:

• Have a strong background in business development, preferably within payroll operations and/or HR services, coupled with commercial know how and digital awareness
• Have experience of operating in a high growth, entrepreneurial, fast moving, privately owned business would be highly advantageous
• Master's degree within management, finance, business or HR
• Be hands on in style, a natural inspirational leader with strong interpersonal skills that will ensure you will be able to have a significant impact on this unique growth business
• Have experience from leading people at different locations and at market level
