Through our Enoro CX product we are supporting customers in the Nordic energy sector and we have offices in Dale i Sunnfjord, Førde, Hamar, Lillehammer and Oslo. As well as Kuopio, Espoo and Kista (Stockholm).

The Role

The ambition of EnoroCX is to be the number one vendor in the Nordic energy sector. To be successful we are looking for a commercial and strategic Product Director to lead the Product management team. As Head of Product you are part of the EnoroCX Management team, reporting to General Manager, and you will be responsible for product strategy and all product management processes. Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities can be divided into the following two areas.

Market responsibility:

• Set our market and sales strategy, making sure that EnoroCX sales and marketing product descriptions always are correct, and easily implemented into effective bid- and presales processes
• Overview and knowledge about upcoming regulative and legislative changes as well as trends in the client market
• Be a spokesperson on behalf of EnoroCX, representing the company at fairs, meetings and through publications, making sure that we build on our reputation as thought leaders in the market

Product responsibility: 

• Responsible for making the yearly and long-term Roadmap for EnoroCX
• Responsible for EnoroCX Product development, taking ownership of development, implementation and communication of the Product strategy and Roadmap.
• Lead, follow up, ensure progression and scope of delivery of ongoing Hansen Invest projects coordinating with R&D and other stakeholders.
• Take a key role in the work with maintenance and prioritizing backlog of new functionalities
• Lead a team of Product Managers with the overall roadmap for EnoroCX, where you apply service, product, market and project management skills to drive product and service success

Key skills and experience

To be successful in the role you should recognize your self in the following description:

• You are an expert communicator, communicating effectively across the organization and with customers in all situations
• You have proven results and experience with product strategy development and working with tier 1 Customers and their projects
• You are very structured and can operate effectively through complex and changing circumstances
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but more importantly you have a leader mentality, practicing emphatic listening and building a great working culture for your team
• Preferably you have at least 10+ years of experience from software product development and if you have knowledge about the Nordic energy sector that would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
• Ideally you have a master’s degree in computer science or related technical disciplines, but if you have plenty of life and professional experience that is also a valid substitute to us
